Agreement
These terms are between you and Iderion s. r. o., Baracerská ulica 19/11, 076 02 Kašov, Slovakia ("we", "us"), and they cover the Imaji iPhone app and this website. Using Imaji means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
What Imaji does
You give Imaji a photo and choose a style, a decade, or a restoration. We generate new images from it with AI and hand them back to you. Results are AI-generated images, not photographs of real events, and they vary with the quality of what you upload.
Lightning and subscriptions
- Generating an image costs lightning, the app's internal credit. Each feature's cost is shown before you spend anything.
- Imaji Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Each renewal adds lightning to your balance. The price, the period and any free trial are shown on the subscription screen before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple ID settings — cancelling anywhere else does not stop the renewal.
- Lightning already in your balance stays there and does not expire while your installation exists. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Apple handles payment and refunds. Refund requests go to Apple, not to us. If Apple refunds a purchase, we remove the lightning it granted.
- If a generation fails and produces nothing, the lightning it cost is returned automatically.
What you may upload
You may upload photos only if:
- they are of you, or
- you have permission from the people in them, or you hold the rights to them.
You may not use Imaji to impersonate anyone, to create sexual or abusive imagery, to depict a real person in a false or damaging way, or for anything illegal. Uploads of other people's photos without their permission are your responsibility, not ours.
Our AI provider refuses some requests. When that happens the generation fails and your lightning comes back. We may also remove content or close access where these terms are broken.
Who owns what
Your photos stay yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store your photos, send them to our AI provider, generate images from them, and show them back to you.
The images Imaji creates for you are yours — keep them, print them, post them, sell them. We claim no ownership of your output. We will not use your photos or your results in marketing without asking you first.
Availability
We do our best to keep Imaji running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change. If we discontinue the service we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.
Liability
Imaji is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Consumers in the EU keep their statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.
Governing law
Slovak law governs these terms, and the courts of Slovakia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use Imaji after that means you accept the new version.
